Raging Alcoholic Boy Drunk Report:
Well, last night was Erindale's Hallowe'en Pub, and it did not disappoint! It seems this year, the added numbers of frosh has drastically improved Erindale's desire to come out and celebrate it's identity via mass drinking and dance. Abso-fucking-lutely EVERYBODY was there...77 came out in force, Eric, Mattie, Al, Kristin, Jen and the girls, Mikey, Rockey and other representatives of Houses 69 and 73...uhmm...bucketloads of CCIT people...many, many others. Lots of drinks to be had, lots of kickass costumes including a fantastic Nightcrawler costume (that won the best costume prize), a Polkaroo, Hamburgler...and the Hulk. Now...you might think the Hulk costume is stupid...but when the dude is actually like approaching 7ft tall....well...it's just that much more impressive. But yah, awesome times for sure...the music sucked as usual, but it was still good times. Erindale has been managing to impress me with it's school spirit lately...keep it up!

Peace

So let me run down the list of distractions available at the house:

1) Halo
2) Generals: Zero Hour
3) Sega Soccer Slam
4) NHL 2004
5) Digital Cable!!!

There's like a million sub headings under digital cable (Monster Garage, The OC, Iron Chef, Music Videos etc. etc.) but for simplicity's sake it'll be one item. It's a wonder how we ever get things done around here... wait no, we don't get anything done, meh, someone pass me a beer and a controller.

Earlier this evening, in a break between studying for our CCT260 and CCT357 midterms, both tomorrow - Hendrix was quoted as saying "Alll right, let me just finish this beer and then I'm gonna study."

Hey Hendrix.

I don't have a link for this but I just heard it on the news and I am absolutely disgusted. George Bush is talking about "retooling" the U.S Endangered species act so that hunters can pay to kill endangered animals, claiming it will "help" conservation. That is the biggest crock of bullshit I have ever heard. Seriously, I hope to god that the Americans come to their fucking senses and vote this right-wing, conservative bonehead into fucking oblivion. Burn in hell Bush!

Brad: Yah, vegans can't eat gummy bears.
Andy: Why not? They are made with animal products?
Hendrix: Yah, bears.

Raging Alcoholic Boy Drunk Report:
Well, we were off to Kingdom this evening/morning. House 77 was in full force, with the whole house and our ever-gracious driving companions Mattie and Eric making up the crew for the night. I can't really say a whole lot about the Kingdom that hasn't already been said - they play good music, have a cool environment, and a lot of interesting people go there.

Highlights of the Night:
Bartenders dancing.
Kind-of Fight Hendrix.
The chick with the breasts. Kind of an obvious statement isn't it? But if you saw, you'd understand.
Jimmyeatworld's Sweetness...
Seeing Jessica, Shannon and Sonja come out!
Not spending a fortune on booze! Wooo sobriety!

Anyway, kind of boring post, but I am too tired to really be awfully creative right now.

I just saw Kill Bill: Volume 1.
It is the finest example of film direction, cinematography, sound production, and everything else involved in the guts of a film ever.
No word of a lie, my favourite movie of all time. The pacing kept my jaw dropped. The violence was more extreme than even the goriest films anime has to offer. I might add, the film HAD anime. Halfway through it becomes animated. GENIUS. It is anime in live action. It is blood pouring off the screen. It is raw emotion with a twitch of extremism. I kid you not my heart was pounding nearly the entire film and I was catching flies.
Consider my mind blown.
And it's only part one.
There is another.
Part two.
Oh god.
Wow.
!!!!

This place is too freaking quiet. Everyone's left for Delaware yet again. I got studying for Intercultural Communication and an eight hour shift to look forward to. So flipping through the tv I find a pretty interesting show. It's called Zed or something like that. It showcases submissions of short films and visual art. In one submission the same actress from "Our Hero" was jokingly talking about French diasporas, I couldn't help but smile. They also present some sick music. They played two songs by the Constantines. I'm not sure whether it was Brad or Des who told me about these guys but they own. If the content wasn't cool enough, they post every single submission on their website. It's down right now but
check this link out in a couple of days. So in short Zed owns, go refreshing Canadian tv go!

Last night in my dreams I owned a badass moped and used it to fight vampires and some lady who drank lots of Dr.Pepper on the twelfth floor of some building.

I was going to go to Scarborough but a very small piece of my 200 assignment is due, plus bus rides suck. I should have gotten a ride with Smurf last night. He came by round 11 and took Brad and I for a couple of beers and a game pool beside Web's. Pool is fun, Jukeboxes are cooler. Back to stupid analysis. Hope prof isn't too anal about my analysis haha, anal analyis wooooooo. Hey YA!

Well sportsfans I've got bad news, UTM took an unfortunate blow from SMC today in the rugby game winning 10-0. We played hard but organizational problems and a lack of our normal eight-man and prop meant we were not in it for the win. Good game to all regardless, and sweet jesus, our new player is huge, and he landed on my leg. I am limping, suffice to say.

Raging Alcoholic Boy Drunk Report:
Phil's was good. Sorry to the girl I didn't get the number of - I can't even remember your name now soooo I dont think that was gonna go anywhere.
Sorry to Ms.Cale for any inconvenience caused by my intoxication, I appreciate the hospitality infinitely.
Hangovers + pouring rain + boat = bad day.
Happy birthday dad.
Confessions of a Dangerous Mind - George Clooney is a wicked director and the cinematography blew me away, plus the story is really awesome, go see it.

That will be all. Play children play!

Just heard the biggest farce come from CCIT ever. The Sheridan director Andre came and got reemed out by pissed-off students. I have to admit, even for CCITers they were bitchy and mean, and unfair to the guy. Clearly he's been thrown into a bit of a mess and he was trying to be honest to everyone. That really sucks for the guy, and I feel sorry for him.

As for pub tonight Andy, if I can finish my FAH project fast enough I might be down. But that is a big if.

So before I go off to vote, I'd like to refer you to this
ridiculously awesome band. Story of the Year, a band that can be best described as a mix between the Used, Finch, and some other emo or punk influences. Enjoy! Download the song Until the Day I Die. Oddly enough, I won't vote for the PCs BEFORE the day I die! Oh oh, I just voiced my political view on our website. Let's see if we can go for the record on comments!

So a few things are gonna go down today. Suckiest thing is Imma have to miss EFSA's first day. For anyone who doesn't know or who cares that's Erindale Filipino Student Association. They're cooking some stuff by the student center and having a night out at Pomegranates. Which means no yummies for me (yummies=flip cooking and filipina hunnies). Big ass booo to that. Cuz as Jesse pointed out there's no better combination then food and girls. Instead our hero will be in a movie theatre jotting down notes for a movie critique due tomorrow. Gay ass avi of Underworld won't play and I've reinstalled all divx codecs and players, so Imma hafta watch the thing twice. Cool class, cool assignment, but I've been hyping myself up for today. Then after critique it's time to go to the Navy and give away my shift on Saturday and book off Sunday so I can go Phil's Friday and head to scarby for Sunday and Monday to say sup to everyone. "SUP!" <--- like that. You think anyone wants an eight hour shift on a Saturday? I didn't think so either but Imma try.

Mandatory MP3 playlist for today:
Bone Thugs N Harmony - First of the Month
Ben Kweller - Wasted and Ready
Sean Paul - Get Busy
Hey Mercedes - Our Weekend Start on Wednesdays
De Lata - Ponteio (Bonus Beats)
Abandoned Pools - Clone High Theme

Today's Game Cheat:
Game: Fusion Frenzy/Multiplayer Mode - InstaWIN cheat
In the middle of the game press X, Y, up, then drop your controller and tackle your opponent to the ground. Pick up your controller while they're on the floor and continue playing.
